June 8, 2001 Ok, I've finally moved to the new domain, the good news is, this is a little more stable than the last one, which was an absolute joke and the file transfer was horrible, but the bad new is, that the screenshots are down for the time being, having some problems uploading them right now, but that should be fixed within the next few days.
June 4, 2001 FAN SITE ASSESSMENT UNDERWAY!!!! Some time before E3, we announced on various fan sites that Dark Age of Camelot fans who create their own fan page for the game would receive a beta account. We are pleased to announce that, at long last, the assessment of these pages is underway. Each page that we deem worthy of a beta account will get the creator of that page into Camelot's Beta 3 (and probably all future Betas). Please note that we will be going through the hundreds of pages over the next few weeks, but will start notifying those who qualify immediately. In order for your fan site to get into the beta, the site must be updated regularly, have a certain standard of appearance, and basically look well conceived and designed. This sure is good news for me, hope this crap site can cut it, lol, anyways, on to the updates, I've got some more screenshots, I've added a races, a classes, and a spells section, as well as a downloads section which is currently empty.
June 1, 2001 New FAQ on the official site today, and so to reflect this, my FAQ section has also been updated, also, take a look at this nice little java game to take your mind off work, supposing you're at work that is :) I managed to get a score of 48 on it, but I'm working with a laser mouse, and I've played a lot of FPS games, hehe.
May 31, 2001 Wow, lots of news today, looks like I've been neglecting you guys for the past week or so :) Firstly, a message from the official website, about the Customer Call Center Manager Position which was filled recently. Thanks to all the good qualified people who applied for the Call Center Manager position that was posted on this site a few weeks ago. We are pleased to announce that we have made our choice and have hired the most qualified person for the job. He'll be starting here at Mythic in a few weeks, and his number one priority will be to get Dark Age of Camelot's customer call center up and running as soon as possible. Please do not send in any more resumes for consideration, as the job is now filled. Hmmmm, other interesting news includes some movie clips made by camelothq, their website is now in my links section, and if they let me, I'll even up some of the movies that they have so you can download them directly from me, I better ask first though :)
May 22, 2001 Screenshots, more of...... here. Hard day at university today, gimme a break for not doing much with the site :)
May 21, 2001 Mythic Returned From E3 Today as they said on their website, not a whole lot to really say except that DAoC seems to have been a pretty big hit there, more stuff in the screenshots section, and also updated links, and I've recently added an FAQ section, which is pretty much just a straight copy of the official FAQ from the DAoC website, just so you don't have to change sites :) Aren't I thoughtful?
May 13, 2001 Great news, my favorite gaming website Gamespot have done a review of Camelot, take a look, just click on the link, or visit my links section which has also been updated. Also, some information on Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction for fans of D2, new updated info on the skills trees of the Druid and Assassin, as well as some pretty nice screens of ethereal items, a new item type in D2: LOD Dark Age of Camelot has made consistent progress over the course of its beta and continues to look extremely promising. Mythic has already announced that it will be showing off the game at E3; we'll have even more coverage of the game right from the show floor. May 06, 2001 Ok, site is up and running, not much on at the moment, but we'll get there, updates should be coming at least once a week, when time permits with university and such, take a look at my screenshots section now, there's some nice stuff there.
